We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw services if mutual agreement cannot be established. All consultations are complimentary. If you book a service, the fee is non-refundable. We expect mutual respect and reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services if a client is in violation of any disrespectful behavior, hate speech, bullying or scams.
