Our extensive planning and coordinating services consist of providing quotes for accommodation, flight, airport transportation and/or tours/excursions. You tell us what you want and we provide you with a quote for the selected services. We recommended starting your initial planning early! This allows for vendor communication and coordination which can take a few days and in rare cases, a week. Ample time also gives guests the opportunity to take advantage of flexible payment options. KaiDi Global will respond to all inquiries within three (3) business days, excluding Holidays and Weekends.
