This service includes KaiDi Global focusing on your day's timeline and logistics, organizing all the details that make your rehearsal (if Wedding) and event day unique! Package includes: meeting with our clients six to eight weeks before the wedding/event to get a handle on what has been planned thus far, checking with the client's vendors to review the signed contracts, confirm logistics, creating detailed timelines, completing a final walk-through, addressing any overlooked details, managing the rehearsal (if Wedding) and overseeing everything on the event day.

Services include everything that is offered in the Wedding/Event Coordinator package plus includes hand crafted designs for the wedding/event such assisting with a  design concept, providing color palette guidance, overseeing the decor budget and making vendor recommendations (Florist, Rentals, Lighting, Stationery) attending a site visit to visualize where you want everything to go, devise a layout and identify potential problems and ensuring all of the decor elements are in place on-site at the wedding/event.

This package is full service of planning & design. It encompasses all of the Design and Day-of Execution details and then some! We walk you through every single step of the process (budget management, vendor selection, design planning, and much more!) If Hotel Accommodation is required or available for guests, we will also assist with creating a group block and booking rooms.  The pricing for each package is customized based on the hand crafted design, travel necessary and your specific wedding/event needs (guest count, overall wedding/event budget, hours spent hand crafting, complexity of logistics, etc). Once we have our complimentary, consultation, I will send over a customized package and price for your special event! If hired for a Destination Wedding, clients must pay accommodation and airfare in addition to fee for services.
